Terms of Service — Coach Pickle

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coach Pickle (the "Service"), including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Coach Pickle is an AI-powered pickleball coaching application that provides personalized coaching advice, drills, strategy recommendations, and general pickleball knowledge through conversational AI coaches. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and web platforms.

3. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Coach Pickle's AI coaches provide general pickleball advice and information. The coaching provided is generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, physical therapy, or certified coaching instruction. You should:

Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program
Use your own judgment when applying any advice received
Understand that AI-generated advice may not account for your specific physical conditions or limitations

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Coach Pickle offers a free 7-day trial of one paid annual subscription, currently priced at $49 per year after the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the annual subscription begins automatically and is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription eligibility, terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective app store's policies.

Refunds are handled by the applicable app store

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or usage limits
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service in excess of normal usage
Harass, abuse, or attempt to exploit the AI coaching system
Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, original graphics, AI models, coach personalities, and other materials created by Coach Pickle, is owned by Coach Pickle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content provided by users or third parties remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of videos, images, messages, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Coach Pickle a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, and create technical or analytical derivatives of your User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Service to you.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your User Content and authorize its use as described in these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content and its submission comply with applicable law and do not violate the rights of others.

9. Third-Party Content

Coach Pickle may include limited excerpts from third-party audiovisual and other materials for purposes such as criticism, commentary, instruction, and analysis. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Coach Pickle. Such materials may be used under license, with permission, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may not extract, download, redistribute, or separately exploit third-party materials made available through the Service except as permitted by the applicable rights holder or by law.

10. Copyright Concerns

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@coachpickle.ai and identify the copyrighted work, the material at issue and its location, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while we review a claim and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Pickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
